A Rich History
Established in 1949 as a social organization, YBA has grown over the years to include some of the most influential business leaders in the Worcester community. Through a series of educational programs, monthly meetings, and social events, members of the YBA dedicate themselves to the successful economic growth of the Worcester business community.
In addition to their efforts within the business community, the YBA has partnered with local charities and often donates proceeds from their events to organizations like the Boy Scouts of America, Worcester County Food Bank and others.
