Established in 1949 as a social organization, YBA has grown over the years to include some of the most influential business leaders in the Worcester community. Through a series of educational programs, monthly meetings, and social events, members of the YBA have dedicated themselves to the successful economic growth within the Worcester business community.

In addition to their efforts within the business community, the YBA has partnered with leading educational and financial institutions in the Worcester area to provide economic and educational support to the Worcester area Junior Achievement program.
